How We Price.
No Surprises.
Every project is scoped individually and quoted at a fixed price. No hourly billing, no estimates that drift during delivery. This page explains what drives the investment — so you come to the conversation informed.
What Actually Determines the Price
Every project is scoped individually — no catalogue, no packages. These are the five factors that move the number most.
Structured, uniform inputs (standard PDF forms, consistent CSV exports) cost less to process than variable, messy ones (mixed layouts, handwriting, scanned images of different origins).
Biggest cost leverPlugging into one well-documented REST API is fast. Connecting to a legacy ERP with no API, SAP middleware, or five different databases adds meaningful complexity and time.
High impact500 invoices a month and 50,000 invoices a month require different infrastructure — batching, queuing, rate-limit management, and horizontal scaling all add to scope.
Medium impactProjects that touch healthcare data (GDPR, HL7 FHIR), financial records (audit trails, SOX controls), or ISO-regulated processes require extra validation, logging, and documentation layers.
High when applicableA headless backend that drops results into your existing systems costs less than a full review interface with dashboards, role-based access, and real-time status views.
Optional add-onWhat Drives the Investment for Each Service
Every quote is scoped individually. These cards explain the factors that determine cost — so you know what questions to bring to the first conversation.
Pipeline ingests documents from any source, extracts structured data, validates against business rules, and routes to ERP, CRM, or database. No human in the loop for standard cases.
Replaces spreadsheet-driven, email-routed, approval-blocked workflows with a single orchestrated system. Smart routing, auto-approvals, real-time status tracking.
From single-domain support agents to multi-agent systems. Knowledge base retrieval, escalation logic, multi-language support. Built with verification layers — not just an LLM wrapper.
Data dashboards with natural language querying, internal operations tools, customer-facing AI features. Full technical ownership handed over on delivery.
Custom design, self-hosted fonts, 95+ PageSpeed, SEO-ready from day one. Bilingual available. No page builders, no monthly fees, no lock-in.
Three Milestones. One Clear Path.
Milestone-based payments mean you only pay for work delivered. No upfront full payment. No invoices that arrive before results do.
Paid when the project contract is signed. Covers environment setup, access provisioning, initial data audit, and full technical scoping. We don't start without clarity.
Paid when the working core system is delivered for review and testing. You can see it running on real (or representative) data before the final 30% is due.
Paid on go-live. Includes full source code, documentation, deployment configuration, and 30 days of post-launch support. Everything you need to run it without us.
What Is Manual Processing Actually Costing You?
Most teams underestimate what they're spending on manual work. Put in your numbers and see.
All three numbers are about your existing process — not the cost of the automation. Today’s cost minus the savings equals what you’d still spend after automation is live.

Questions About Pricing
Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes. Once we scope the project and you sign off on the spec, the price is set. We've built our process around scoping carefully upfront so we don't get surprised mid-build. If you want to add something meaningful that wasn't in scope, we'll write a clear change order with a number — no work starts without agreement.
What's included in the 30 days of post-launch support?
Bug fixes, performance tuning, prompt refinements, answering questions from your team, and help resolving any integration issues that surface with real production data. It covers things that break or behave unexpectedly — not scope additions. After 30 days, we can set up a lighter ongoing arrangement if you want it.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing maintenance?
Yes, for clients who want it. After delivery, we can set up a monthly retainer for model updates, monitoring, performance reviews, and new feature iterations at an agreed rate. Most clients either run the system independently or bring us back project-by-project — both work fine.
Can we start with a smaller scoped version to validate before full investment?
Absolutely. We often recommend a focused pilot — a single-format pipeline or a single-domain agent — that proves the approach on real data before expanding to the full scope. A well-defined pilot delivers measurable results and de-risks the larger build. We'll tell you honestly if a phased approach makes more sense than going all-in from day one.
What if the project is larger than your stated ranges?
We scope and quote it appropriately. Multi-system integrations, enterprise-scale volumes, or regulatory compliance layers can push projects above the typical ranges — we'll give you an honest number for that scope. We don't fit complex projects into small-project pricing just to win the work.
